Autograph letters signed from H. Oskar Sommers, Chichester, to Alfred Nutt [manuscript], 1890.

(1) Dated Saturday February 8, 1890; Sommers send the drafts of introductory papers to the second volume and discusses the printing of various other sections of the work which is getting on very slowly. (2) Dated February 13, 1890; Sommers has recieved the list of names and shall see that his suggestions are carried out. He has received a letter from Lord Tennyson who cannot write a few couplets to herald Sommer's work, despite the fact that he takes great interest in it.
